تصف سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية قيام NoobShop بجمع بياناتك واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك لتطبيقنا أو موقعنا. باستخدامك للخدمة فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضحة في هذه السياسة.

This Privacy Policy describes how NoobShop collects, uses, and protects your data when you use our app or website. By using the service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

المعلومات التي نجمعها Information We Collect

• معلومات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور (مشفّرة). Account information: name, phone number, email address, and password (hashed).
• معلومات الطلبات: معرف اللاعب/الحساب في اللعبة، وسجل الطلبات وبطاقات الهدايا المشتراة. Order information: your in-game player/account ID, order history, and purchased gift cards.
• معلومات المحفظة والمعاملات: عمليات الإيداع، الأرقام المرجعية، ورصيد المحفظة. Wallet & transaction information: deposits, reference numbers, and wallet balance.
• معلومات الجهاز: رمز إشعارات الجهاز (Push Token)، ونوع النظام (أندرويد/iOS/ويب). Device information: push notification token, and platform (Android/iOS/web).

تخزين البيانات وحمايتها How We Store & Protect Your Data

يتم تشفير كلمات المرور ولا تُخزَّن أبداً كنص واضح. يتم حفظ رمز الدخول (Auth Token) في تخزين آمن ومشفّر على جهازك عبر تطبيق الجوال. تُنقل جميع البيانات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا عبر اتصال HTTPS مشفّر، والوصول إلى بياناتك مقتصر على الموظفين المخوّلين فقط.

Passwords are hashed and never stored as plain text. Your authentication token is kept in secure, encrypted storage on your device via the mobile app. All data is transmitted between the app and our servers over encrypted HTTPS, and access to your data is restricted to authorized staff only.

خدمات الطرف الثالث Third-Party Services

نستخدم خدمة الإشعارات الفورية من Expo وFirebase Cloud Messaging لإرسال الإشعارات إلى جهازك، حيث تتم مشاركة رمز الجهاز (Push Token) مع هذه الخدمات فقط لغرض توصيل الإشعارات. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية.

We use Expo and Firebase Cloud Messaging push notification services to deliver notifications to your device. Your device push token is shared with these providers solely for that purpose. We do not sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات Data Retention

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طالما بقي نشطاً. عند حذف الحساب، تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية بشكل نهائي، باستثناء سجلات الطلبات والمعاملات والسجلات المحاسبية التي قد يقتضي القانون الاحتفاظ بها لفترة محددة، ولا تُستخدم هذه السجلات لأي غرض تسويقي.

We retain your account data for as long as it remains active. When your account is deleted, your personal data is permanently removed, except for order, transaction, and accounting records that the law may require us to retain for a set period — these records are not used for marketing purposes.

خصوصية الأطفال Children's Privacy

خدماتنا غير موجهة للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
