القبول بالشروط Acceptance of Terms
باستخدامك لتطبيق أو موقع NoobShop، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء منها، يرجى التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة.
By using the NoobShop app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the service.
الأهلية وإنشاء الحساب Eligibility & Account Registration
يجب أن تكون لديك الأهلية القانونية لاستخدام خدماتنا. أنت مسؤول عن تقديم معلومات دقيقة عند إنشاء الحساب، وعن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك، وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابك.
You must be legally able to use our services. You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account, keeping your login credentials confidential, and all activity that occurs through your account.
الخدمات المقدمة Services We Provide
يوفر NoobShop خدمات شحن الألعاب (باستخدام معرف اللاعب/الحساب)، وبيع بطاقات الهدايا الرقمية، وشحن محفظة داخل التطبيق. جميع المنتجات رقمية وتُسلَّم إلكترونياً.
NoobShop provides game top-up services (using your player/account ID), digital gift card sales, and in-app wallet recharging. All products are digital and delivered electronically.
الطلبات والتسليم Orders & Delivery
أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن صحة المعرف (ID) أو بيانات الحساب التي تُدخلها عند تقديم الطلب. لا يتحمل NoobShop مسؤولية أي خطأ ناتج عن إدخال معلومات غير صحيحة من قبل المستخدم. تختلف أوقات التسليم حسب نوع الخدمة، وقد تتأخر بعض الطلبات لأسباب تقنية خارجة عن إرادتنا.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the ID or account details you enter when placing an order. NoobShop is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information entered by the user. Delivery times vary by service type, and some orders may be delayed due to technical reasons beyond our control.
المحفظة والدفع Wallet & Payments
يتم شحن المحفظة عبر التحويل البنكي اليدوي وتقديم رقم مرجعي للعملية، ويتم التحقق من كل عملية إيداع من قبل فريقنا قبل إضافتها إلى رصيدك. رصيد المحفظة يُستخدم فقط لشراء خدمات داخل التطبيق، وغير قابل للسحب النقدي أو التحويل إلى حساب بنكي.
Wallet top-ups are made via manual bank transfer with a transaction reference number, and each deposit is verified by our team before being credited to your balance. Wallet balance can only be used to purchase services within the app and is not withdrawable as cash or transferable to a bank account.
الأسعار Pricing
تُعرض الأسعار بالجنيه السوداني (ج.س) وقد تتغير دون إشعار مسبق. يتم احتساب السعر النهائي وقت تقديم الطلب.
Prices are shown in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) and are subject to change without prior notice. The final price is calculated at the time the order is placed.
سياسة الاسترجاع Refund Policy
نظراً لطبيعة المنتجات الرقمية، لا يمكن استرجاع الطلبات التي تم تسليمها بنجاح. في حال إلغاء الطلب أو فشله من جانبنا (خطأ فني، عدم توفر الخدمة)، يُعاد المبلغ إلى رصيد محفظتك داخل التطبيق وفق تقدير الإدارة.
Due to the nature of digital products, orders that have been successfully delivered cannot be refunded. If an order is cancelled or fails on our side (technical error, service unavailability), the amount is credited back to your in-app wallet balance at management's discretion.
الاستخدام المحظور Prohibited Conduct
يُمنع استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض احتيالي، أو محاولة عكس عمليات الدفع (Chargeback) بعد استلام الخدمة، أو إنشاء حسابات وهمية متعددة، أو إساءة استخدام النظام بأي شكل. نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.
You may not use the service for any fraudulent purpose, attempt a chargeback after receiving the service, create multiple fake accounts, or otherwise abuse the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
حدود المسؤولية Limitation of Liability
يتم تقديم الخدمة "كما هي". لا يتحمل NoobShop مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة، أو مشاكل ناتجة عن أطراف ثالثة مثل ناشري الألعاب أو مزودي خدمات الإشعارات.
The service is provided "as is". NoobShop is not liable for any indirect damages, or issues caused by third parties such as game publishers or notification service providers.
التعديلات على الشروط Changes to These Terms
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد نشر أي تعديل يُعتبر موافقة منك على الشروط المحدثة.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
